Partial Cancellation and Reduction

Any cancellation or reduction of rooms, meeting rooms and/or catering services must be notified in writing.

1. 80 days prior to the arrival date: 30% cancellation fee will be applied.
2. Between 79 and 60 days prior to arrival: 60% cancellation fee will be applied.
3. Between 49 days and the arrival date: 100% cancellation fee will be applied.

The applicable percentages will be calculated based on the total number of rooms, meeting rooms and catering services contracted per day.
