Finally, you authorize us to send the necessary information for the processing of any incident/assistance covered by your insurance company, as may be required by them.
PROCESSING AND USES

Provision and Management of the Contracted Service and Billing
Without the requested data, it will not be possible to provide the service.
Personal data, as well as data related to the service, will be kept in our records for the time necessary to enforce the guarantee of the service provided (5 years).
Billing-related data will be retained in our records for the period required to comply with the legal and tax obligations applicable to the services provided by World Business Travel, S.L. (5 years + the current year).
