Basic Information on Data Protection

Data Controller: World Business Travel, S.L.

Purpose: to manage registration, organisation and the provision of services related to the trip or event, including bookings, accommodation, transportation, required documentation, operational communications and the management of any dietary requirements communicated by the individual.

Legal Basis: performance of the contractual or pre-contractual relationship requested by the individual; compliance with applicable legal obligations; and, where applicable, the individual’s consent to the processing of data relating to food allergies or intolerances and to the sending of commercial communications.

Recipients: data may be shared with service providers necessary for the provision of the service, such as accommodation providers, transport companies, agencies, event organisers, insurers, public authorities where applicable, and other third parties necessary for the proper management of the trip or event. Depending on the destination or service providers involved, international data transfers may take place.

Rights: you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent, under the terms set out in the privacy policy.
